Refund Policy
If the $9 plan isn't useful to you, get your money back — within 30 days, no questions asked. Here's how.
What's covered
If you bought the $9 plan and it's not right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked, no forms, no “why?”
This covers the $9 pass (72 hours of full access to your plan).
How to ask for a refund
Email support@strongerwith.ai and include:
- the email address you used to buy, and
- your Stripe receipt (or the receipt number from your confirmation email).
That's all we need. Can't find your receipt? Email us anyway and we'll help you track it down.
How your refund is paid back
We refund through Stripe, back to the same card or payment method you used to buy. Once it's approved, most refunds land within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Monthly membership ($19/month)
The membership is a monthly subscription — cancel anytime, no lock-in. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Manage or cancel it yourself on your account page (it opens Stripe's secure billing portal). If a charge looks wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
If you bought through a mobile app store
If you bought the plan inside an iPhone, iPad, or Android app, that purchase went through Apple's App Store or Google Play — not directly through us. Those stores handle their own refunds, so you'll need to ask them, under their rules:
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play account

What happens to your information
A refund ends your paid access to the plan. We don't sell your personal information. If you'd like us to delete the plan and details we saved for you, just say so in your email and we'll take care of it.
